Service Providers,
The value of Service Providers connecting their Small Business customers to the Internet correlates directly with the value that those SMBs derive from that connection.
If a service provider can only provide "bits", then they need to be priced as a commodity, and try to compete on a "lowest price per bit" basis. If a Service Provider
can enable the delivery of value added Next Generation Digital Services, the value of that pipe increases with the value that it enables. TenX Solutions allow Service
Providers to deliver the following to SMBs:
- protected/controlled network access
- the ability to utilize Cloud based services, but also deploy localized SAAS solutions
- leverage the FULL power of Voice over IP solutions
- network multiple offices (remote locations/partner services)
TenX Networks Small Business focused Next Generation Digital Services allow Service Providers to make their connections more valuable than those being offered by the
traditional Regional Bell Operating Companies.
VoIP as a Customer Premise Based Service,
Voice over IP imparts significant differentiation and cost competitiveness to a LEC. However, it can't be reliably deployed unless the IP connectivity is:
- adequate to carry all of the VoIP traffic, the data traffic and any other traffic (i.e. web conferencing, video surveillance, VPNs, etc.)
- redundant such that if one link fails another link is available
- inexpensive enough to guarantee cost savings
TenX Networks Unified Communications gear is the least expensive MPLS/UC capable networking family on the market. Our customer premised based PBX systems allow a SMB
customer to garner all of the benefits of Voice over IP, while maintaining the local control typicall desired by the SMB owner. As importantly, a 1mbps upload pipe is adequate
for our services, given what we are able to manage at the customer premise end of the connection.
Redundant/Additive Inexpensive Links (R/AIL),
Redundant links were once only available to Enterprise customers and Data Centers. TenX Solutions allow even small businesses to inexpensively and RELIABLY add multiple lines,
providing for both additive bandwidth and failover. A service provider is able to sell twice as much bandwidth to THEIR current customers, and also "poach" their competitors
customers by offering a second link that is both additive and redundant, providing greater bandwidth AND a higher service level guarantee.
TenX Networks R/AIL solutions enable service providers to sell to customers previously thought "unreachable". A customer who already has DSL and is still in a contract would not have been
a viable customer, but now we can sell them redundancy and additive bandwidth capability. This opens up entire new markets for Service Providers, especially those competing with established
"Baby Bell" competitors.
IP Video Services,
The goal of a Service Provider is to provide a more valuable, therefore more revenue producing, "pipe". While the success of true IPTV implementations remain to be seen
(in fairness satellite is a very good way to deliver non-On Demand TV), there are a number of very valuable IP Video Services, which can include:
- Security solutions: live monitoring, physical security services supported by video surveillance
- Video conferencing, distance learning, telemedicine
- Digital Signage and customer premise based market research, and much more.
VoIP will be the initial "killer app" for UC based services, but more robust - and more cost effective - solutions will follow, and can be deployed on the same network
foundation.
Small Business IT/Communication Solutions,
TenX Networks has developed a complete family of Small/Medium Business focused IT and Communications solutions that are "right sized" for the SMB market. Most technology
is developed for the requirements of large businesses, which typically offer features that vastly exceed the needs of SMB customers. Unfortunately SMBs cannot pay less for
a "Lite" version that offers only the features that SMBs need. TenX Networks products are right sized for SMBs in both terms of features and pricing.
TenX Networks Small Business UC Capable Next Generation digital services allow/enable SMBs to:
- benefit from both the cost savings and the power/flexibility of VoIP
- increase productivity by using both customer premise and Cloud based SAAS tools
- improve bottom line results by leveraging the power of Digital Signage
- increase security (and reduce losses) by utilizing IP Video Surveillance
Service Providers should be eager to provide these capabilities to their SMB customers.
